In the current real estate market, there is less than 30 days housing inventory on the market. Because inventory is so tight many home owners who might otherwise want to sell are reluctant to do so because there is no where to move to.    

The Solution

Our database of buyers (who work exclusively with us) are willing to pay the commission on the home that they purchase if it's not currently listed.

Our buyers will work with the seller to accommodate extended closing dates to give the seller time to find a new home.

How it Works

If you are ready and willing to sell your property at the right time and the right price, you agree to let us add your property to our Make Me an Offer database.  This is proprietary to our company and shared ONLY with our qualified buyers. 

You set the price and terms and your property is added to our Make Me an Offer database. When setting your price keep in mind the buyer will be adding our fee to your asking price.

When a qualified buyer is ready to make an offer, they will add the commission to the offer amount and the offer will be presented to you.

FAQs

Q: What if I want my house listed?

A: We will be happy to list your home for you using our traditional marketing plan designed to get you the highest price in the least amount of time.

Q: If I sale for sale by owner, will you help my negotiate the contract?

A: By Washington State Law, if we provide you with advise or assist you with the negotiation we are required to charge a fee.  So yes, we can help you, but will need to charge you a nominal fee that can be paid out of proceeds of the sale of your house.

Q: Where else will my property be advertised?

A: In our Make Me An Offer Program, only our registered exclusive buyers will have access to the database.

Q: Will I need to sign a contract with you?

A: No, we only need your written permission to advertise your property at the price you select to our buyers.

Q: Can you help me find a home?

A:  Absolutely.  We can help you find a home that fits your wants and needs that is currently listed, OR, if you prefer, we can also market to homes off market that fit your wants and needs right down to the neighborhood.

Q: How do I set the price? 

A: We will send you sales of homes similar in overall condition, size and location as your property. Using that data, you can set the price you believe to be a fair price for your home.
